Ameinu has been working with Anthropologists for Dialogue on Israel and Palestine (ADIP) to oppose academic boycotts of Israel, while also opposing Israel’s continued occupation deterring the creation of a Palestinian State. In December, much to Ameinu’s dismay, the American Anthropological Association’s business meeting scheduled a general membership vote on an academic boycott of Israel and rejected a balanced alternative resolution developed by ADIP.
